I get the drumstick and the wings, but what do you suppose the bishop nose is?

    Poe's nose, or bishop's nose is the tail of the chicken.
    Love the look of all that food!

    If you are asking seriously, it's the tail!! My grandfather loved the turkey's - but he called it the Pope's nose......
